Step 1: Intake Appointment: $250 

Duration: 30 — 60minutes
A basic intake form and a general self-assessment will be completed on your own time before this appointment to help identify potential comorbidities or differential diagnoses. You will then meet with a qualified clinician to review forms and discuss any pertinent questions that we may need to lay the foundation for the evaluation.

 

Step 2: Semi-Structured ADHD (DIVA-5) Interview & Evaluation: $250

Duration: 120 minutes

In this step, we conduct a guided, semi‑structured clinical interview to explore how specific traits show up for you today—and how they unfolded earlier in your life. While the format is thorough and organized, the experience is collaborative and paced to feel supportive rather than clinical or overwhelming.

Many neurodivergent clients find this process deeply grounding because it provides concrete examples, clear language, and space to reflect without pressure. Together, we look at patterns related to attention, executive functioning, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and daily life to build an accurate, compassionate understanding of your diagnostic profile.

Step 3: Compilation & Interpretation of the Self-assessments & Clinician Administered Assessments: $250

Current estimate for report turnaround is within 2 weeks of the assessment appointment (meaning, two weeks after the date of your Step 2 appointment)
Total cost includes: official assessment forms, intake appointment, formal report including differential diagnosis, Executive Functioning Bar Graph showing your personal results, validation of how your brain works and why, in written and visual formats, as well as resources and guidance for your benefit.

Step 4: Final Written Report & Brief Diagnostic Letter $250

Step 5: Final Appointment: Follow-Up Consultation and Review of Your NeuroMap

Duration: 30-60 mins

Third and final telehealth appointment to meet with your clinician, ask any questions about the report, and receive a review of your NeuroMap™ to help lay out your next steps. $250

*This price does not reflect the inclusion of any add-ons such as ASD, OCD, or PTSD Assessments.  Compared to other ADHD assessment clinics, out-of-pocket costs can often run $ 3,000; we charge 1/3 of that price to make it more accessible to those who need it. Add-ons:  

ASD, PTSD and/or OCD Evaluations:​​

​Added to an ADHD Assessment, ASD, PTSD & OCD evaluations are $310 each.​

Booked individually, ASD, PTSD & OCD Evaluations are $950 each.

Any or all of these assessments can be added during scheduling and will be administered during the ADHD Assessment Appointment (2nd appt.) or split into 2 days, depending on your preference and tolerance of sitting long periods of time.

Depending on the depth of OCD traits or the complexity of the PTSD traits discussed, this can create an additional 20-60 minutes per add-on to the main assessment. ASD testing can add another 60-90 minutes.
 

This option can only be added to a comprehensive ADHD assessment for $310. (The discount only applies if it is done as an add-on to the primary assessment and is completed the same day as the primary assessment, or we agree to split it up into 2 appointments.) If you would like to complete a standalone ASD, OCD, or PTSD assessment (any assessment that is not booked before the main assessment), the cost is $950.

 

 If you are here for an ADHD assessment and are considering either an ASD, OCD, or PTSD Assessment (or all three), we HIGHLY recommend doing them as an add-on rather than coming back and doing it as a separate service because it will save you a SIGNIFICANT amount of money on the additional assessments when bundled together.
